Mark Franklin is the VP of Business Development at Allen’s Healthcare. Mark oversees the daily activities of the departments. He received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of North Carolina. Mark has worked in various positions in the health and human services industry in several states.

Bill Morales oversees the Inpatient and Admissions Department at Allen’s Healthcare. After joining us in 2009, Bill has been an invaluable asset in managing and clinically supervising a full staff of licenses social workers, psychologists, counselors, and recreation therapists. Bill’s primary initiatives include ongoing program evaluation and strategic planning for service enhancement.
