The General Community Navigator serves as a primary point of contact for individuals and families seeking support through The Children’s Cabinet. Working closely with Case Managers and other staff, Navigators participate in early-stage support and triage, helping to ensure timely and equitable connection to services. This position is designed to promote cross-training and career progression into formal case management roles.

The Donor Relations Coordinator/Manager builds, stewards, and grows relationships with major individual donors, Foundation Trustees, and corporate partners to advance The Children’s Cabinet’s mission of keeping children safe and families together. Depending on experience and position level, this role supports and/or leads donor engagement, cultivation, stewardship, and fundraising strategies designed to strengthen relationships, secure philanthropic support, and grow a healthy donor pipeline. This statewide manager position leads the implementation of child care capacity-building initiatives across Nevada. The role provides strategic and operational leadership to programs that increase child care supply, support providers across their business cycle, and engage employers in developing family-friendly child care solutions.

The position oversees multiple projects including Child Care Capacity Building, the Employer Support Program, and the Provider Success team. These programs focus on reducing regulatory barriers, supporting providers in establishing and maintaining their business practices, increasing workforce participation, and partnering with employers to expand investment and access to childcare benefits.

ECSN teachers provide temporary care in child care centers and licensed family child care homes. We can service anywhere from 6-week-old (infant) to elementary school age (after-school program, in-home provider who have after-school kids. This is a full time position that may include a variable schedule, accountable to the quality program coordinator. Specific training will be provided to meet basic criteria for providing quality child care. There are special requirements listed for this position due to child care regulations.
