The Operations Support Manager plays a vital role in advancing organizational priorities by managing projects, maintaining internal processes and workflows, and supporting effective program operations. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), this position collaborates closely with the CEO, Chief Program Officer (CPO), and leadership team to manage high-impact projects, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and support executive-level planning and reporting. A key responsibility includes managing the workflow and operational coordination of grants, ensuring deliverables, timelines, and reporting requirements are met across departments.

This Workforce Development/Education Manager will oversee all workforce and development programs serving youth 14-26 at The Children's Cabinet in Reno, Nevada, including YouthBuild, Education and Training Voucher program, Redfield Academy, and Continued Success. The primary role is to oversee and manage various aspects of programs to ensure successful implementation, manage programmatic staff, and manage multiple funding sources.

Market Specialist
The Market Program Assistant plays a critical role in the day-to-day operations of The Children's Cabinet Market, a choice-based pantry supporting food and basic needs security for families and young adults. This position is responsible for inventory control, ordering, donation management, volunteer supervision, and client interaction. The Specialist ensures that the Market maintains compliance with all food safety regulations, remains well-stocked, and operates with efficiency, dignity, and client-centered care. This elevated role also supports data reporting and partnership coordination related to inventory and seasonal distribution events.

The Manager of Data and Evaluation will oversee the agency's data management and outcome evaluation processes, support organizational decision-making and continuous improvement. This position works closely with program leadership to ensure high-quality data collection, analysis, and reporting systems that align with grant and strategic priorities. Responsible for implementing a unified data system for the agency and providing high-level analysis on impact and community trends. This full-time position is accountable to the Chief Operations Officer and serves as a key collaborator across departments.

The General Community Navigator serves as a primary point of contact for individuals and families seeking support through The Children’s Cabinet. This role provides intake, basic service coordination, and access to internal and external resources while helping to foster foundational skills in wraparound case management. Working closely with Case Managers and other staff, Navigators participate in early-stage support and triage, helping to ensure timely and equitable connection to services. This position is designed to promote cross-training and career progression into formal case management roles.

The QRIS Coach will provide onsite Quality Rating and Improvement System (QRIS) coaching and training to programs operating in school districts and/or licensed child care locations in an effort to build capacity to provide quality early learning programs. This position requires an understanding of best practices in Early Childhood Education; State of Nevada licensing regulations; school district Pre-K Programming; Early Childhood Environment Rating Scale (ECERS) and/or Infant Toddler Environment Rating Scale (ITERS); and Nevada’s Silver State Stars QRIS. The Coach will model best practices in early childhood education in all aspects of this position.

This position is responsible to process provider timesheets for accounting procedures for Child Care Resource and Referral Subsidy Department. The subsidy reimbursement processor includes screening incoming timesheets for accuracy and reimbursing childcare providers subsidy monies in a timely manner. This position will also assist in the maintenance of provider files as well as providing clerical support. 

This is a full-time position reporting to the Subsidy Reimbursement Coordinator.

The coordinator’s primary function is to implement regional ECSN service in greater Reno/Sparks/Carson City/Elko area or the greater Las Vegas Metropolitan area. This position provides supervision and training to ECSN staff.

Redfield Case Managers provide wraparound case management services to youth attending Redfield Academy—an alternative education setting for Washoe County students at risk of dropping out of high school. These students have the opportunity to recover credits and work toward graduation with a traditional diploma, either at Redfield or through re-entry into a traditional school setting.

Case management services emphasize strengths, sustainable solutions, and community support. Case Managers assist youth and families through advocacy, crisis intervention, academic and graduation planning, and facilitation of support systems. Our wraparound model is family-driven, rooted in strengths, and supported by a collaborative team-based approach. Redfield Case Managers also work closely with school district personnel, teachers, and support staff to address barriers to student success.

The Therapist Intern provides direct therapeutic services to children, youth, and families in various mental health programs. The Therapist Intern provides family therapy to clients to improve communication, relationships, and other family issues. The Therapist Intern may also facilitate psychoeducational and therapeutic groups. The Therapist Intern conducts crisis assessments both on site and at pre-determined school locations that include follow up care recommendations. The Therapist Intern works within a team setting with other Cabinet staff and community partners to facilitate prompt and effective delivery of services. This position reports to the Clinical Manager.
