The Therapist provides direct therapeutic services to children, youth, and families in various mental health programs. The Therapist provides family therapy to clients to improve communication, relationships, and other family issues. The Therapist may also facilitate psychoeducational and therapeutic groups. The Therapist conducts crisis assessments both on site and at pre-determined school locations that include follow-up care recommendations. The Therapist works within a team setting with other Cabinet staff and community partners to facilitate prompt and effective delivery of services. This position reports to the Clinical Manager.
The Donor Engagement Manager leads community engagement strategy, partnership development, and event management. This position is responsible for securing and stewarding key partners for Art of Childhood and other donor engagement initiatives, overseeing external-facing fundraising activities, and managing the team responsible for event logistics, donor data operations, and administrative support. The Donor Engagement Manager serves as the primary lead for Art of Childhood (AOC) strategy, high-level execution, and provides oversight for Changemaker’s event, third-party fundraising events, and Donor Relations team events. This role collaborates cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Programs, and other departments to advance donor engagement, community partnerships, and fundraising goals.
The Navigator and EFMP Specialist will connect child care providers and parents with child care resource needs, help navigate any eligibility or documentation requirements, a warm/personal referral to service partners and services, and will follow-up to ensure the provider or parent was successful in getting their needs met. They will also manage a caseload for the Exceptional Family Member Respite Care Program including completing family intakes, conducting monitoring visits, tracking provider trainings, office technical assistance, and completing monthly reporting.

In this role, you’ll work directly with families and early childhood settings to increase access to health services, community resources, and developmental support, helping build stronger, healthier futures from the very beginning.
Under general supervision, visits individuals and families in early childhood settings to provide basic community outreach services and to assist with programmatic interventions necessary in an effort to increase access to health and community services for families with young children as well as the early childhood workforce. May provide information on available resources, provide social support and informal counseling, advocate for individuals and community health needs, and provide services such as developmental screening for children. This position needs a bilingual person English/Spanish.

These services encompass child and family advocacy, crisis intervention, basic needs security, general case management, and streamlined access to community resources through closed-loop referrals. Wraparound Case Managers collaborate with local public service agencies and other nonprofits to address the full spectrum of family needs. Our wraparound case management model prioritizes four key elements: 1) Family/Client-directed, 2) Driven by underlying needs, 3) Rooted in an evidence and strengths-based approach, and 4) Supported by an effective team process.

The Safe@Home, Family First Case Manager fulfills all core responsibilities of a General Wraparound Case Manager while delivering specialized, comprehensive support to families referred by the Division of Child & Family Services (DCFS). This role works in close partnership with DCFS to support the development, implementation, and ongoing monitoring of family safety plans. Key functions include focused safety management, targeted services coordination, and delivery of comprehensive wraparound case management for families residing in rural Nevada. This role is essential in strengthening family stability, promoting family unification and ensuring the effectiveness of safety plans in communities that may face barriers to access due to geographic or resource limitations.
ECSN teachers provide temporary care in child care centers and licensed family child care homes. We can service anywhere from 6-week-old (infant) to elementary school age (after-school program, in-home provider who have after-school kids. This is a full time position that may include a variable schedule, accountable to the quality program coordinator. Specific training will be provided to meet basic criteria for providing quality child care. There are special requirements listed for this position due to child care regulations.
