The Grant Analyst plays a key role in both pre- and post-award activities for private, corporate, and government (federal, state, and local) grants. This includes budget management, grant submission, and reporting to ensuring compliance with all grant requirements. The Grant Analyst works closely with the grant, donor relations, finance, and program teams to align grant activities with organizational goals.
The Accountant is responsible for ensuring that accounts and financial records meet established standards and criteria. Duties include recording and verifying transactions, collecting and analyzing financial documents for proper posting, producing reports and financial statements and checking them for accuracy, and may include producing payroll. Each Accountant trains and provides procedural guidance to other accountants in areas of specific functional experience.
ECSN teachers provide temporary care in child care centers and licensed family child care homes. We can service anywhere from 6-week-old (infant) to elementary school age (after-school program, in-home provider who have after-school kids. This is a full time position that may include a variable schedule, accountable to the quality program coordinator. Specific training will be provided to meet basic criteria for providing quality child care. There are special requirements listed for this position due to child care regulations.

The Therapist/Therapist Intern provides family therapy to clients to improve communication, relationships, and other family issues. The Therapist/Therapist Intern may also facilitate psychoeducational and therapeutic groups. The Therapist/Therapist Intern conducts crisis assessments both on site and at pre-determined school locations that include follow up care recommendations. The Therapist/Therapist Intern works within a team setting with other Cabinet staff and community partners to facilitate prompt and effective delivery of services. This position reports to the FYI Clinical Director and must be bilingual English/Spanish
The Workforce Development Case Manager is responsible for providing information and referrals, vocational career exploration, Service learning activities, facilitative case management, outreach and direct services to youth and families referred to the Children’s Cabinet. This person will network in the private and public sectors to develop career-building opportunities for participating youth. This position will report to the program director. Entry level qualifications include knowledge of: community agencies and resources, as well as an understanding of the problems facing youth and families; family and youth relationship issues; sound decision-making, crisis management techniques, and be a self-motivated team player; and case management skills with an emphasis on wraparound services. This position is required to work in the evenings and will report to a FYI Program Coordinator/Manager.

This position is responsible to process provider timesheets for accounting procedures for Child Care Resource and Referral Subsidy Department. The subsidy reimbursement processor includes screening incoming timesheets for accuracy and reimbursing childcare providers subsidy monies in a timely manner. This position will also assist in the maintenance of provider files as well as providing clerical support.
